Attendance
PE is an activity class and the student’s success in the class is dependent upon good attendance and participation in appropriated athletic clothes. For each absence, the student will lose 5 points off of their class participation grade. Excused absence make ups can be coordinated with the teacher.
Dress for Activity Days
Students must wear athletic shoes, t-shirts, shorts, or warm ups. Clothing may not display or advertise substances that are illegal for minors. Suggestive phrases, designs, marketing, and/or profanities are prohibited.
Locks
We encourage each student to supply their own lock and to lock their personal items in a locker each day. If you cannot supply your own lock the school can supply them to the students on a first come first served basis. The lock must be returned to their PE teacher at the end of the semester. There is a $5 charge for any lost, stolen or broken lock.
